Objectives & Experience

We offer our clients contract delivery for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). Providing electrical services to the power, renewable and industrial & commercial markets. The company designs, procures, manages and operates high voltage, low voltage, extra low voltage and telemetry installations nationwide.

The business’ Directors & Staff have so far worked on the delivery of over 800MW of energy projects, including civil, mechanical and electrical works delivery. The drive to deliver quality installations on time and within budget is the driving force behind the creation of Power Service Installations.

Responsibility

All designs, construction activities and plant operations are preceded by environmental surveys, noise pollution analyses, and air quality assessments.

Consultation with the environmental agency, including obtaining permits and operating permits. The development process involves consultation with planners and conservation groups at each stage.

To maintain our green vision, we must comply with all consents and attempt to return what we take from the environment.

Health & Safety

Providing compliant CDM 2015 project management plans (PMPs).

Regular onsite and occupational training for the work force. Talks about hazard management and toolboxes, along with external spot checks.

Maintaining a safe working environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

A real-time risk assessment and methods statement specific to each of our sites at every construction phase.

Design & Build

By combining our own capabilities with the expertise of external design engineers and approved subcontractors, we provide a full range of CDM and EPC design services in compliance with all regulatory and mandatory requirements. Our management team will develop cost-effective and sustainable designs that meet the needs of our clients with designs to meet a variety of budgets. Our installations are designed with long-term costings that include both Capex and Opex models. The company employs only qualified and certified tradespeople and uses the latest techniques and equipment to build and certify its sites.

Procurement

Our relationships with industry suppliers ensure the best products are commissioned and sourced for our projects.

Maintaining a high standard of equipment used on projects and ensuring that only certified equipment is used. We ensure the longevity of the project and the environment by choosing the best and most responsibly sourced materials.

Project Management

Offering Principal Contractor & Designer roles, delivered in-house.

Project management and subcontract management of trades and third-party suppliers ensure seamless delivery. Using modern methods and computer programs to manage our projects, including programs, costings, labour, and reporting.

Quality systems monitor all activities and produce inspection and testing plans (ITPs) to ensure flawless project delivery.
